Ishver is an accomplished organisation development consultant, offering extensive training experience of working in statutory, voluntary, and private sectors. He is also a registered practice educator, mentoring and supervising under-graduate, post-graduate social work students and social workers. He has been involved in supporting a number of voluntary sector organisations and has led on human values initiatives, including conferences, workshops, and community-based projects. He joined us as an official Patron in 2018. He is currently serving on the Board of Healthwatch Northamptonshire.
